additional cost.

Engineering rates:
Engineering rates for service, repairs and
maintenance are £45.00 per man hour for 'return to workshop' items, and £55.00 per man hour
for 'on site' work. In the case of 'on site' orders, travelling and
expenses will be charged in addition to the hourly rate. In the event of at least
one days work being ordered, this will be charged at £285.00 per man day.
Repair estimates will be charged at £25.00 for a visual / functional assessment of the equipment in the
event of an estimate refusal, but this charge will be waived if a repair order is issued. Please bear in
mind that an initial inspection may only reveal a primary fault, and in the unlikely
event that a further fault manifests itself, then you will be contacted and informed in order for you to decide how to proceed.
Wherever possible, we will use manufacturers original parts for repairs. All repairs are guaranteed (parts &
labour) for 90 days, subject to terms.
